Installation Fee Not Credited as Promised

Installation Fee Not Credited as Promised

I required a technician for the installation of my Comcast services because the existing wiring in my apartment unit was not properly set up to receive Comcast services. This was not something I had a reasonable expectation of being able to do myself. I was told that the $60 installation fee would be waied.

On September 27 I called Comcast and spoked to a customer service representative who assured me that the $60 installation fee would be removed from my account and that it would be reflected in the billing within 1-2 days.

On October 2, with my bill still showing a $60 charge, I called Comcast again. The customer service respresentative told me he would look into the issue and call me back within 24 hours. 24 hours have elapsed and I have not received the promised call back, nor the promised $60 bill credit.

I am making this post as a last attempt to have Comcast satisfactorily resolve this issue.

billproblems201, if we promised a $60 credit for that appointment, we need to honor it. Please send me a private message (Click ComcastKenF and then click Private Message Me) with your account address and full name for assistance.
