Inflated billing statements from Comcast - charging me for the services I did not ask for

I have a vacation Condominium in Panama City Beach, FL.  In the last week of July I decided to switch from AT&T to Comcast for my only Internet Service needs.  On 2nd of August I stopped Internet Service at AT&T and started with Comcast. I was told Internet Service will cost $49.99 plus $10 for Modem rental, total monthly service charges were $63.83 including taxes per month .  For next 2 months I did not receive any billing statement at my California Address from Comcast because they were sending it to my Condo in Panama City Beach then suddenly on Sep. 30 my Internet service was turned off.  When I called, I was told, I owe $250 but I can pay $157 to restart the service. I paid $157 just to start the service.  On Oct. 2, I spoke with Comcast Customer Service supervisor Ms. Avlin, She went over whole billing problems and promised to fix it and give me credits for late charges, Charges for TV services which I did not ask for and was not usting it, Additional box for second room TV.   

Now again they disconnected my Internet Services and asking for unnecessary additional TV services charges plus internet service and no one is willing to listen to my grievences.  Could some one help me to resolve my situation.
