Increase in bill since June

I'm trying to figure out why my bill jumped $40 per month since July.  On my June bill services are billed as a bundle and on the July statement, Voice and internet are separated.  The internet charge is what I was paying for the bundle and there is an added 39.95 for voice.  I'm sure they are going to say I was on a promotional deal and the promotion has ended.   At this rate, I am looking to switch providers for my internet and phone.  I've already taken my TV away from Comcast.  I just can't afford these steep prices on my retired income
