I will be removing services soon.

My bill is getting insanly high and I will be removing services soon. We noticed we were being overcharged $10 for the last year and called customer service to resolve this issue. We were told that we would be issued a $119 credit that was owed to us. Our bill came in yesterday and we have not been credited anything. We have been comcast customers for 10+ years and will be leaving soon if things do not get better. $180 a month is way too much money for what we get. Calling customer service does nothing.

I will be dropping off 4 cable boxes, dvr, and modem today and cancelling most or all of my services.

I have just spoken to the 3rd rep in the last 3 weeks about a $119.40 credit that is owed to me with little to no help from your customer service. I was told that I would be receiving a call in the next 36 hours. I explained that this is not good enough as I am leaving to go offshore in the next 2 hours. If this is not taken care of soon. You will lose a long time customer.
