I need to cancel the voice service

UNBELIEVEABLE.... I was on hold for 30 min. After an agent answered, he placed me BACK on hold. I need comcast to pay me for my wasted time...

How can I have someone contact me so that I can cancel this voice service... And possibly all services if this is the type of customer support I'll receive in the future! 

I don't need retention... I need to cancel the voice service. I won't be calling in again to wait another 30 min.
