I did not authorize Auto pay from checking account because I DO NOT HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT!

I have been set up on auto bill pay which I did not do or authorize (because I do not have a checking account). A month ago when I called I was told it would be removed AND credit the return check fees. This month it has happened again! I do not know who checking account Comcast has on file, but it is not mine. I have spent over 7 hours on the phone on various days and still no resolve. I think I will just cancel my services an go back to my old provider.

Hello HernandezTat,

I apologize for the billing issues you are dealing with. I can review the account with you to ensure everything is corrected. Would you please send me a private message with your account name, phone number, and service address so I can assist? Thank you
