I can't manage my plan

I can't manage my plan

I can not Manage my plan online at all.  Every time I try I get the we're sorry message and I can not actually see any changes.  If I try to add anything in cart before logging in it just loops back to the same message.  The chat support was beyond useless, and the phone service was even more so useless.  All I want to do is be able to look at promotions and possibly upgrade my service, however the horrible customer support and lack of being able to actually view anything without talking to someone over the phone makes me wish I had other service providers in my area.
