I am being charged a Franchise fee for internet service only.

Just looking at my new bill..$29.99 for internet ONLY, but with all the taxes and a FRANCHISE FEE it is over $40. I thought the franchise fee was for VIDEO and NOT INTERNET?

Hi, bckoopman - The amount you see under Taxes and Fees says "New charges", the total amount is listed next to "Taxes and Fees". You had these charges due to your previous package. If you have any questions please send me a private message with your name, address, and a phone number. Thank you!
