I NEED HELP W/ BUNDLE FOR EXISTING CUSTOMER

I have been a loyal customer in FL for 7 years and 20 years in Phila. before that. My bill is going up to $180.03 in Oct. I can no longer afford this as I lost my job recently. I've called numerous times, spoke to a retention specialist and all I am getting offered is the $94.99 plan which comes to $158.78 after taxes. I see many great offers being offered to new customers online but nothing for existing customers. This is how you treat loyal customers? My bill has never been late!!! I'm so frustrated. If you can't help me I'm switiching to Direct TV!
