Hurricane Harvey Questions

So as I have been affected by harvey because of power outages, flood damage to my home, and loss of work for over a week. I would like to know outside of the chat with an xfinity support on my computer, If there is a wavier for the hurricane or a discount to be able to recover from this storm?
