Hurricane Harvey Internet Outage Billing

Morning,

  On Saturday, 8/26/17, my internet went out and never came back ob until Wednesday, 8/30/17.  I had called support to see when it would be returned the evening it went out and was told at 1:20 AM it would.  It never did come back.  On Sunday, 8/27/17, I called again and was told the same thing.  I was then told that I would get a $15 credit on my account because of the outage.  It never came back for 3 more days and I do not see any credit for my outage.  Any help would be appreciated on my bill as I was not able to work during this time.

Hi.  I had the same situation where my Internet and cable went out around 5 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, August 26th, and was not restored until the evening of the following Thursday, September 1st. 

 

I had also been told when I called initially that it would be back on within 3 hours but had no service for 6 days.  I wasn't offered a credit when I called but was wondering if any adjustments would be made to account for the extended outage.  Thanks!
