How long before corrections on account show up online?

I recently had a chat rep make corrections to my account to take off additional services I did not request.  How long does it take for the corrections to show up online?  Currently the account says I owe 231.88 but it should be closer to 205.

Hello kojiro4. Typically changes made to your account will reflect in 72 hours. Changes made to your service will print on your next's month bill, as we do not re-issue a current bill, you will receive prorated adjustments on your next month statement instead. If you need further assistance reviewing your bill, I can help. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist you.
