How do I get another bundled package/is there a customer retention Dept.

Recently I noticed that my xfinity bill increased over $50 a month. I called xfinity to inquire and the rep said my current bundle was expiring. I asked if there were any other bundled packages available and she said no.  I asked if she knew of any bundles that would come available soon and she again said no.  Since I’ve been with xfinity/Comcast for so long I asked if I could be transferred to the customer retention department. The rep then told me there was no such department. I explained to her that I had actually spoken to the retention department in the past and they helped me get into a new bundle so I could continue being an xfinity customer. 

 

Can someone please confirm for me if there is indeed still a customer retention department that is available to work with current customers to retain their business after years of loyal service?
