How come money was taken out of my bank account and I am not set up for automatic payment?

I called after I saw that $125.00 was taken WITHOUT ME DOIT IT from my bank account.

called twice asked for a SUPERVISOR they put me on hold for 55 Minutes and I then got disconnected.

This is illegal waiting for an answer
