Home touch screen equipment charge, I returned it over a year ago!

Home touch screen equipment charge, I returned it over a year ago!

Can someone please help me. I am just NOW noticing a $9.95 fee per month for unreturned equpment that I returned over a month ago. I guess I wan't paying that great attention to my bill, should have known better. I cancelled tht service AS SOON as my 2 year contract was up. I returned that touch screen within the same week. I am sure I do not have the equipment receipt for that now. How do I resolve this. I would like a refund for the entire year of erroneous fees. When I contact the number that is listed directly under this charge on my bill, I get a recording that says the number I have dialed can not be reached from my location. So I had no choice to contact comcast directly, which resulted in 3 transfers only to end up back at the regular cable service line and not the HOME SECURITY section. It is infuriating to say the least.

Hi Roseann0617,

It seems as if you are being billed for a unreturned cable box or possibly a router. The cost of a Xfinity Home Touchscreen is a lot more. Either way, I'd be more than happy to help research the location of the equipment. If we have not received it yet, this would be the reason for the charge.
