HELP WITH MY COMCAST BILL

I received a nice letter of concern today from Xfinity of customer service and I am writing as a victim of the most recent hurricane, Irma in Florida.  I have been out of work for over a week now and don't know when I will be able to go back to work because of the impact and devastation to my home.  I am reaching out to you to beg you for assistance in my time of need.  I have a past due balance on my account.  They are all late fees that I have tried repeatedly to get removed and I am in dire need of help.  Please, please if there is anything you can do to help me in my time of need I would be so very grateful for your help.  Thank you in advance for any help that you may be able to give me.
