HELP PLZ

I am a Xfintiy/Comcast customer, I live in Leesburg Florida Lake county, and was affected by Hurricane Irma. I called to find out if there where any programs to assist victiums of Irma, only to be transferred by several reps ornthey tell me that they cant dont cant do anything , my husband lost his job because of the hurirricane and is very difficult tompay 700
and having 2 kids without cable is very difficult . My question is are any fees being wavied, extention on payments without late fees. PLEASE help
