Got a collection notice from Credit Management LP for a balance I have no knowledge of!!!

Got a collection notice from Credit Management LP for a balance I have no knowledge of!!!

I deactivated my comcast services on July 20th 2017 when I moved out of my old apartment. I called the agent and returned the equipment. I have neither new comcast account nor new service with my existing account. It has been 4 months since and I received a letter from Credit Management LP about an overdue balance of $228.42. My billing in comcast website says $0 and I have not received any kind of communication regarding this such amount in these past 4 months. This collection has been reported to Transunion and Equifax. Please help me How can I resolve this error and remove it from my credit report?
