Frustrated longtime customer.... dropping internet and about to go to the dark side

I've been a long time customer and am dropping Comcast internet because they cannot compete price wise with AT&T gigabit. I would really rather not go to DirecTV, but my bill would be a wash by dropping internet and keeping my Xfinity TV and boxes due to a bundle I had. I'm not going to pay that amount and am not under contract. I'm hoping that Xfinity can match what AT&T can provide for incentives. Any suggestions?
