Existing Customer Triple play Promotion

Last night I spoke to a person in billing who told me about a Double Play Pro Plus w/HBO and Starz for $89.95 but had to call back today because it was a holiday.  I just got off the phone to try to get the promotion and reduced rate since I've been a loyal customer for 17 years and don't want to pay the over $200 a month I have now. I don't need 500 channels or the phone line. I was told that since I currently have the Triple Play with HBO and Starz the only option I have is a 2 year plan at $159.99 plus tax and fees for $191.53 because the Double Play would cost even more.  Is this true?
