I am so upset with Comcast right now. I used to only have internet and dish for the price saving.  I got a cold call for a 24 month special. Surprise, Surprise after 1 year my bill went from 126 to 180 dollars!!!!! I have spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone trying to get it fixed. I even had a ticket made up for a superviser to call me to fix the problem... Here is how that worked: She called and left a message while I was at work and left me a voicemail saying , I see you just want someone to explain your bill to you. You dont need a supervisor for that so I am pulling the ticket. I called back 30 seconds later!!! Literally, 30 seconds and had to sit on the phone again and explain my problem once more!!!! This rep said there is nothing I can do for you. You will have to disconnect your service. Are you kidding me????? I also wanted to get cell the new Iphone * and cell service through Comcast>>>>It is nothing but one big headache!!! Currently shopping around!!! I have a problem with a company that will only treat you good if you are upgrading or buying something new!!!!

I can help address your billing concerns. I'd like to review your account and see how I can make this right. When it comes to our promotions, some promotional rates fall off after 12 months. I can check your old contract to see if that was the case. Either way, I'd be more than happy to assist you.
