Error message everyttime i attempt to access My Account

I get the following message everytime i click on the billing tab i get the following error message:

A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.

I'm getting the exact same error message -- using Chrome, Firefox, IE, my phone, or my TV.  Comcast says they see no issue on my account, yet I still can't pay my bill online.
