E-Bills and 2 Step Verification

E-Bills and 2 Step Verification

Prior to enabling the new Comcast 2 Step Login Verification (after the login credentials are accepted a text message with a PIN is sent to a Cell Phone and it the PIN must be entered to gain access to the account.) I received E-Bill notifications from my Bank.  Once I enable two step login verification my bank could no longer access my account to get the E-Bill information.  I chatted and talked with an agent and both of them indicated that I need to either disable 2 step verification or contact my bank to see how they could deal with that new login feature.

Re: E-Bills and 2 Step Verification

Hi hadams59. After you complete the 2 step verification after logging in, you can go into your My Account username & password preferences and set this security feature to OFF.
