Downgrading service

Downgrading service

Hello

I am looking to downgrade the current service in our house because I can no longer afford to pay it. I am considering cancelling the service completely and going elsewhere. I would appreciate a reply so that I can see about possibly keeping your service wth a downgrade. I do not want to go elsewhere but I may be forced to. I do not want to come across as being rude I would just like to 

see my options

You have no options. They will keep charging forever. STOP PAYMENTS and turn in all equipment and get receipt!
