Disputing a bill for 507 Campbell

My name is Tracey Thompson and I have been disputing a bill of 312.00, and as of October 27th I have paid 126.00.  The problem is this my equipment was ordered in September, 2017 and the service turned on October 9th, 2017, however I'm being charged from the time I ordered the equipment and not starting when the service was actually turned on.  What I'm asking is for you at your convenience to adjust my bill to reflect everything accurately.
