Disconnected my Service - God Knows who requested

My internet service was not working from today and thought that there is a service interruption. When I caller to customer care they said my service status was disconnected. When I asked who requested for disconnection, they don't have the information. When I asked to reinstate my service, I was informed that I need to get a new which is $15 higher than current plan. My current plan still valid for 6 more months. I didn't have answer for the following questions
1) Who requested disconnect my service?
2) Why Comcast not able to restore my service with current plan since I didn't request for disconnection?
I think I shouldn't continue this service

Re: Disconnected my Service - God Knows who requested

Hi Prawinkk,

I'd like to help address your billing concerns. In order for me to do so, I will need to verify your account information so I can review the notes as well as any phone calls associated to figure out what happened and we can go from there.

Please send me a private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, the phone number, street address, and the account number associated with your services. To send a private message click on my name "ComcastChe", then click private message me.
