Disconnected a service but still see an auto-pay notification

Hi,

 

I've disconneced my service and paid my final bill but still see the notification that my automatic payment will be processed on date in the past.

 

Your automatic payment of $48.91 will process on September 22, 2017.

 

Could you please confirm that my account is closed and fully paid?
