Deposit fee not informed

Deposit fee not informed

My roommate and I just signed up for Comcast and we just found out about the deposit fee. We were never informed of this as we were signing up for it. We called Comcast three times so far and they kept repeating their answer, that it is in the email. We got the email the next day although we got confirmation of the service the same day and nothing was being said about deposit. We are really frustrated about this. Just give our deposit back since Comcast weren't clear about this at all, should have been trasparent when we signed up for it rather than the next following day, otherwise we wouldn't have done it. Is there anything that could have be done about this?
