DAILY charges to my back card

DAILY charges to my back card

About 3 months ago my Wifi service was disconnected, I still have a bill for approx. $180 (two months) service. Suddently my bank card is being charged $3.95 and $2.95 EACH DAY by Comcast/Xfinity. So far these charges have accumulated to about $130.00. Where is this money going to? It certainly hasn't been taken off of my past due balance, and I never agreed nor signed authorization for these charges. Not only that I had to cancel my bank card and get a new one in order to stop the charges. The were stopped for a couple of weeks and now today I see that I was charged $3.95 to my card yesterday. I clearly states CARD purchase, so please tell me how Comcast gained access to my new card information?
