I just received my latest bill which has been increased by $25. How does Xfinity expect to keep customers when there are other options out there? The other providers aren't necessarily better, but are definitely a whole lot cheaper, and for someone that doesn't watch very much tv or use the landline very much, I'm now being billed a totally ridiculous amount when all I use on a regular basis is the internet. Unless something can be done to lower my bill, I will be forced to explore the competition.
