Customer Retention/ Loyalty Price Adjustments

Customer Retention/ Loyalty Price Adjustments

Hi, can someone help with a problem I have.  I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years.  I just received a bill last week that some how went from $115 to $133, when I contacted Xfinity I was told that my promotion expired and therefore I was charged full price for HBO.  I called again and made myself super clear that I was a budget and would like to see if I could keep the same things I had if offered a new promotion.  Well from $133 it went to $138 which defeated my purpose of being on a budget.  Is there anything I can do before or change that can put me back at my target budget without having to cancel my contract.  I was told I would be completing my two year contract this month.  I have always been on a two year contract and the lady told me that don't have those anymore.  I am so tired of everyone telling one thing and changing what they said by the end of the conversation.  The lady I spoke to said she can help me keep what I got and keep me on budget and then she tells me with taxes its going to be $138. which puts me out of the $115 budget.  She also said that was all she could do unless I wanted to cancel and terminate services.  Can someone please help me try to make this work, I do not like change.  I am willing to stay on a 2 year contract to keep what I have, but she said no can do.  What's next, do I terminate my services.  Please help me.

Re: Customer Retention/ Loyalty Price Adjustments

I can definitely check what promotions are available in your area, Olga12. I will need to get your account information (name, address, -phone/account number) in a private message, so I can start my research. Thank you!
