Credits for Irma

Credits for Irma

I represent a Condominium with a group account. I understand that there is a credit for missed Xfinity cable, internet, and phone service because of hurricane Irma. Our group account is only for television. Are we elegible for a credit? I presume the individuals with internet and phone would have to apply separately - given that these are options for their personal accounts.

Hi oldtimer1948 -- Each account can apply for this credit. That can be done by following this link, https://www.xfinity.com/florida-form, or you can send me a PM with account information along with downed time.
