Credit due

We were promised a $25 credit on this month's billing because we had contacted Comcast to add another TV line.  The appointment was supposed to be made the 5th of October, I believe, but no one showed up.   They said they had the infomation but the appointment as not scheduled so they agreed to give us a credit of $25.  That $25 was not on the bill.

Please check into this an issue the credit.  I will then release payment of $192.38.

Thank you.
