Ok so a little over a month ago I posted a complaint on here about how the prices are too high. How I'm paying for a service that I haven't used at all since I got with Comcast 3 years ago. Trying to get rid of it can't seem. I get a message from a comcast person I guess saying they want to help and all that. He tells me to private message him and I do he ask me what I'm looking to do that was on 10-22-17 I send him a message back about what I want and I haven't heard anything back. I have sent 4 messages and still nothing. Then I get on here and see they have disabled the private messaging. Smh. If that's what you did that's fine but why not let ppl know inside of having us wait and not knowing what is going on. What if I didn't dig a little further and saw that message. Bad business I was waiting around for a freakin month and nothing. This company is really starting to get on my nerves
