Community bulk but paying street prices to upgrade

My community has a bulk package with basic. But if I want to upgrade to anything other then that I am forced to pay full price? How do I not get a discount for the service that is already being paid for thru my community? If this is how comcast does business I think you guys need a new model.

Re: Community bulk but paying street prices to upgrade

Hi Mike2019 -- Paying full price to do upgrades with a bulk agreement is not accurate. Your bulk service will continually provide the included in your agreement regardless of your service level. You do pay a price for upgrading however it not what full price would be for that same package without your bulk agreement. I reviewed your account and confirmed that your price aligns with your bulk agreement for the package you have. This price would be higher if you did not have this bulk agreement in place.
