Comcast offical employee: contact me concerning lowering my bill

I've posted 3 times on here asking for a Comcast rep for assistance to go over any options to lower my bill and keep me as a customer. Im ready to just cancel altogether, unless i get help. Im not going to call and be put on hold for hours and be told nothing. Lets get this done now. Message me comcast rep so I can be a happy customer.
