Comcast: Keep your bloated "bait and switch" internet plan.

Comcast: Keep your bloated "bait and switch" internet plan.

Fortunately, I saw that prices are going to be going UP again while I just experienced sticker shock when paying last bill. Previous post

no "answers". Already spent a great deal of time researching to find answers that should be more easily available.

I really DON'T appreciate (having been) being switched to a TV plan as the only "solution" to getting an affordable monthly cost, particularly since

I had NO USE for a Latino plan (what was assigned to me). I'll be returning the TV box today (despite the additional inconvenience etc) to me. Why should I have to pay

ADDITIONAL charges for something that has been unplugged except for a short period of time after first picking it up?

Since it appears that Comcast has nothing but price increases to offer customers, I'll spend the next few days researching better prices. I have a feeling I'll find something

more satisfactory than the "offerings" Comcast has (nothing). So I'm  anticipating returning your "rented" modem shortly too. (From Comcast bill: "We pay increasing prices for ENTERTAINMENT, NEWS, AND SPORTS ... OUR LARGEST COSTS.") I don't want "entertainment, news and sports". I wanted internet service and apparently, you don't have that affordably priced.

Sincerely,

(Soon to be ex)
