I cancelled and move my account to a different address but I was still being billed apparently. 3 months later I got a bill saying I still owed over $200 which was totally inaccurate! I first called and was told the situation was going to be taken care of and I continued to get calls from ERC. I then finally got to a manager and they said that they would take care of it. It's been months with no contact from that said manager and now I have a DIFFERENT collection company sending letters to my PARENTS! I never gave Comcast that information so who do I talk to to get this figured out or is it time to call a lawyer

Were you in a contract at the time you canceled your account?  If you canceled the account while in a contract, and you didn't transfer your account to a new address, you are probably being charged early termination fees.

No, my contract had ended earlier that year and I had been paying month to month.
