My 77 yr old mother moved from Nashville to CA and they came and picked up her equipment. She asked for a receipt and the guy said she didn't need one. They charged her a fee which she never fit a bill for of $3.23. They turned it over to collections and they tried to get $43. Then she gets another collection agency letter stating she didn't return her equipment. I called for her two weeks ago and a ticket was opened. No news. Sent emails today to everyone in the corporate ladder. Let's see... We pick up the equipment don't get signature.keep it. Sell on Craig's list. Make the old lady pay for it.
