Charged Early Termination Fee

Charged Early Termination Fee

I cancelled my service before the 30 days and I was charged the early termination fee. I have discussed this issue, over the phone, with several representatives and was told the account would not be sent to an outside collection agency and the early termination fee would be removed. I had nothing to worry about.

 

It’s been two months.  I spoke with another agent recently, they submitted another ticket concerning this matter. Comcast reps keep giving me the run around and now the account has been sent to an outside collection agency.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
