Charged $70 for "Residential Trouble Call"

Hello,

So my internet was experiencing ping spikes and packet loss for 2 weeks prior to contacting Comcast. I contacted a representitive through chat and they send a technician out on 7/27 saying it was free of charge. She checked the wiring in house and determined we were fine but the problem persisted. She left and told me to contact her supervisor if the problem continues which I did via email but haven't gotten a response yet. Unstable internet is one thing but to be charged $70 on my next bill for what was suppose to be a free appointment to attempt to fix the issue without any disclosure is unbelievable. I googled the situation and found other people with the same issue resolved and would like this to be reversed.

Thanks.
