Changing an appointment

I am trying to reschedule an appointment. The email I have says ---- 

  1. Sign in to My Account
  2. On the My Account overview page, you will find your appointment information underneath the Bill Pay and Common Solutions sections. Click Manage appointment  However when I go to the My Account page this option does not appear.  Any ideas as to how to do this.  Last time I did through a chat sessiona dn it took almost a half hour.  Trying to get it done in a reasonable time frome.

Sorry for the delayed response. Were you able to get assistance in rescheduling your appointment? If not please shoot me a quick private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, the phone number, street address, and the account number associated with your services. To send a private message click on my name "ComcastChe", then click private message me.
