Chance at lower bill?

Been with Comcast for several years and every year we get increased charges to our bill, and constantly getting on the phone just to struggle to get it marginally decreased is beyond aggravating at this point.  I was under the impression that long-time customers should be rewarded for their loyalty, not charged more.  I have enough bills on my chest between having to pay off a hospital bill and needing to finance a new car--the fact our Comcast bill costs more per-month than my car speaks volumes.  Nearly $200 a month just for internet and a limited channel selection on two TV's?  That does NOT constitute a good value.
