Can the early termination fee be waived if Comcast Outage more than 2 weeks?

My Comcast service was up and down since Sept. 25th and totally down as of Sept. 29th. Technician came to tell me on Sept. 30th that Forest Ridge was having issue with Comcast after waiting over 4 hours for him. The service update from Comcast appl, conversation and chat with Comcast representative indicating service will be up in what time the same day but the time keep changing every 4 hours since Sept. 29. We have to go to neighbor house to use the wifi. Can I have my ETF waived if service can not be restored in 3 weeks?

Hello seanco93. Service interruptions do not violate the terms of agreement for your service. We will however issue a credit for the time you are without service. If you are still experiencing service issues, please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist in getting your services restored.
