Can’t create user name for new account

Can’t create user name for new account

I’m unable to create a new user name for my new address. It says my address is not valid. I also would prefer to use the same user name. Is that possible?  Can it be transferred without losing access to my current account?

Hi, CoPowers - I can help with creating a new username for the new account or I can transfer your current username. However, you won't be able to access 2 accounts under the same username. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Thanks for the reply. I will wait until the new service has been installed. Then do a transfer.
