Can't access MyAccount or most other pages after move

Hi. Since I've moved, I can no longer access MyAccount or most other related pages. All I see is the circle with the three pulsing dots "working" symbol, but nothing ever appears there (the header and footer links do appear).

 

The only pages that seem to work are the XFi and television links. Everything else is this "working" thing hanging up.

 

I recieved conflicting information during the moving process as to whether my move would result in a new account. I suspect that it did, and that both accounts are now in conflict, since both accounts would have used the same phone number and email address.

 

Please help me regain access to my MyAccount and other pages. The email address I use should be the same as the one for this forum, which should be at misersoft.com.

Hello ArminSykes, I can help you with unlinking your accounts. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and both account numbers by clicking on my name (ComcatsAmir) and then "private message me"?

Okay, I can now confirm that I definitely have two different account numbers, so the problem may be that I have these two different accounts with the same phone number and email address linked to them. If someone could please help me, or unlink the OLD account so that accessing My Account works again, I'd really appreciate it. I'd like to be able to pay my new bill.
