Cable lines

During Hurricane Irma a tree fell on our lines in the backyard.  They are now unlashed and hanging low.  After a phone call for repairs a subcontractor came out but still not repaired.  I  have internet and TV connected but the lines are extremely drooping. It seems this service person was not the right department for this job. Who can be contacted for this issue.
