Bogus "We got your order" e-mails

Bogus "We got your order" e-mails

Today I received three "we got your order" and one "More info needed for your order" e-mails, all supposedly for Xfinity Mobile service, which I never ordered.  I can't find any bogus links or anything suspicious in the e-mails' headers, and when I called Xfinity about it, a request for my Social Security number caused me to hang up the phone.  My account currently lists no order for Xfinity Mobile.

 

What's the next step to make sure these orders aren't real?

Thanks. Eventually all three “orders” asked for further info, which I have not provided, so presumably they’ll die on their own.
