My name is Cassandra Mitchell.  I have been dialoguing with you regarding my account. What is plan to see you have done nothing of what I called and requested for you to do instead Comcast has chosen to do what you want to do. As a result of this unresolved issue my bill has become outraged against my will and I refuse to pay for a service I did not use. Also I don't intend for you to mar my credit report with your carelessness. I would like to speak to someone but that doesn't seem possible when there's a real issue to be resolve.
