I am shocked, I have been charged a $99 fee for replacement of your faulty equipment on my security service. I worked with your techs for almost five month trying to get it fixed. When it was determined that it was the equipment. You sent someone out to replace it. I should have gotten a credit,not a svc charge. Plz check your records. You will see how often I called..
